Though some already know, HWY 20 is open as of this past Thursday. I drove it today and the only place of caution due to snow/water was the hairpin near the top of Washington Pass. It was snow free and the only "danger" was a little water crossing the road. it's beautiful up there this time of year and Winthrop was 82 degrees. As always, if you decide to go, be mindful of the deer population. One of the highest in the state and they've had 42 deer strikes this year between Winthrop and Washington Pass. They've had 224 in the last twelve months.
