Scuderia Glickenhaus P4/5 Competizione

I am totally on Forza P4/5C but I have to admit that I am impressed that Dr. Bez is behind the Aston #5 entry!!!

 

Also have a question about these lap times. When we see new production cars post there 'ring times why are they so much faster then the times we are seeing now? I was thinking before it was due to yellows but we don't have any yellows right now so wtf?

Are they running a different part of the track? For example there is no way the ZR1 ran a 7.41 when the P4/5C is running a 8.47!

 

There was a post earlier that explained it. The Nordschleife is where the manufacturers test and post times from. P 4/5CM recently posted a 6:51 there, faster than any other Ferrari powered sports car, the previous fastest a 599FXX at 6:58 (go Jim go!). The track they are running the 24h on includes the F1 track which makes it longer.

 

The test times in mags don't run the GP circuit as they in the 24H.

P 4/5 did a 6:51 on "test" Ring yesterday.

now on thier lap 67, in 18th position ...at lap 61 set a new fast lap time of 8:50:020, fantastic!

 

the P 4/5 CM ran it restricted too, if unbalasted to about 1100 kg and another 200 hp or so with the air restrictors gone and still pulling about 2.8 g... I'd imagine their time would eclipse the Zonda R's

really amazing, out of a field of over 150 ...they are moving up in to the GT3 field now, who have fastest lap times in the 8:40s and 8:30s
