BMW 1M - would make a great Q car and iron fist in velvet glove type DD.

Black hides the nice bulges a bit and it sure has some meaty tyres..

Also: The other day saw an immaculate red 308 GT4 but with people getting into it wasn't a great time to be taking pics.. pity I would have liked a closer look..

Saw a white one a few days ago, and yeah, really showed off the bulge around those tyres.

I quite like them. The obvious comment due to the way that BMWs have gotten bigger and bigger (as most cars have really) is that this is really the replacement for the older M3s, whereas the M3 has more in common with the old M5 etc.

In Hawthorn there is a red with red trim car, looks hot,I'd take a photo but its in a company car park (Bunnings) I'd hate to upset Harry the lurker with a photo.

Agreed - and the performance figures aren't realistically different in the "real world" and for huge saving to boot.. would be even sharper buying again say 1 or 2 years old.

Nice in Orange (also works for the right Audi or Lambo)

Only 3 on carsales.. 2 the same price and colour..

    (1) "unwanted gift".. how ungrateful..

    (2) couldn't even be bothered to put half the images rotated the right way up..

I'm sure they are a great driver's car, but I just can't warm to the looks of the 1 Series.

The front end is just bloody ugly, and the whole thing is just too "dinky".
I reckon I would always feel like I was caught driving around in my wife's car.
A feeling I don't get in the E93 - even though it IS my wife's car...

For me I'd either stretch to an M3 or not bother with a hot BMW at all...

Agree, when I see two or even one large guy in one, they look like Monsters. "Dinky" is a good description. Great engine though, especially with a bit of extra Boost.

For sure. Excellent hot chick's car, but...

Any bloke in one has serious Peter Slipper style question marks hanging over his head, for mine...

Hmmm, a new 1M, or this for the same money

Lol know what you mean if a larger guy.. the compact size is what actually appeals to me.. bit like a 964 is too..

The E46 M3 also sharp buying.. non-SMG preferred.

Thanks for thinking of me PP. I hope you weren't in the shower at the time!

Looks like that may have been a Porsche 924 Carrera GT...........once.

Saw this which has plenty of appeal. A Porsche 944 Turbo Cup car. The Porsche 944 Turbo Cup was the first one make Race Series. I even have a framed Poster of it.

If you say "Yawn", then Foxtrot Oscar.
