    I have a 1985 3.2 Mondial Quattrovalvole
I am having a problem with the electric window going up on the right door

The motor is either too weak or it does not have enough power to go up
We tested the motor and it runs well alone, once it is engaged it does not have enough power to lift the window.

There is also a light on the dashboard of the vehicle that is a warning saying "SLOW DOWN"
This light is always on even when the car is cold, as soon as the car is turned on.

Has anyone had a similar problem and a solution for the problem?
    Please help

Sounds like your door window motor is about to go. You can try adding a Window Accelerator Module to see it that helps: http://www.ricambiamerica.com/advanced_search_result.php?keywords=window+accelerator&x=0&y=0

If not, you will need to take it apart/clean/rebuild it or get a replacement. Just be thankful its not the rear windows, then you'll be screwed.

The slow down lights are linked to the thermal coupler wire in the cat to the rear ECU. It should not be lit all the time.
If it is and your cats are not hot red, your engine is running normal, you have a fault somewhere so check and trace the wiring.
Do a search on "slow down" on this forum:
