This weekend I was participating an event in the west of Norway, driving over the mountains to the Geiranger fjord. Stunning scenery and beautiful cars (35 cars in total).
    Only four Ferraris came along (328 GTS, 365 GT4 2+2, 308 GT4) including my 348 Spider.

I just took delivery of the car two days earlier and drove 1800 kms with the top down. Absolutely wonderful experience. A few pics of the 348 Spider, and for the ones who want to see more of the other cars; go to http://phpbblazzaroni.webcomputing.no/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=4696

Yes, the scenery is beautiful. No wonder the Geiranger Fjord is on UNESCO's World Heritage List... As a bonus one is able to drive topless in a Ferrari with 5 meters of snow on each side of the road. Very special feeling with the sun shining and the cold temperature from the snow coming into the open car.

The event is called Gentlemen Driver's Weekend. It's by invitation only. If anyone wants to join in Norway for the 2013 event, please contact me on PM. This year we had representatives from Sweden and Italy joining (Jaguar XJS and Lamborghini Jarama).

I think they were commenting on the fact that you're actually driving the car through gorgeous fjords and other cool stuff in Europe, not on the actual scenery (though it is beautiful). It's rare we see Ferrari's anywhere near snow here in the US.

Nice car, keep on driving! Congratulations on the purchase. There will never be anything like your first Ferrari, or so I'm told.

Haha, ok, I see. Yes, the car is absolutely beautiful. I had the pleassure to drive another car behind the Spider, and the lines are just fantastic from any angle. I love her, hope it lasts. She needs regreasing of the flywheel, as she is a bit troublesome to start when warm, but otherwise performs well.

The 348 is truly an underrated car...!
