    My L Transaxle Brass Mesh filter is pretty much shot.
    Dimensions: 7 thou x 40 wires x 1 inch.
    My question is, if anyone has encountered this situation, source for said mesh, and alternate dimensions.

    My main issue, is about the dimensions, percentage of openings and alternative sizes.
    What is available at mcmastercarr is:

    The trannny oil is pumped through the filter, and don't want to restrict, or open too much the flow.
