Oh yes. Much discussion elsewhere, if what they said it's true then her 10yrs of work is definitely worth it. How many companies are even worth RM700million???

Do you think even top hollywood stars are worth S$2M a pop?

Oh boy, how I wish we can have the same scheme here in Sgp. Imagine Sentosa offering us tax-free registered cars. That'll go viral :D

You guys are so lucky & the roads, the roads! So much to discover.

BTW who services these cars in MY? EM up in KL or do they usually go Naza? Anyway I heard some horror stories of parts exchanged from car to car from an owner 1st hand.

Bro, no chick is worth $2m a pop. When the deed is done, you can't exactly be "hanging" out there to make your monies worth can you? Whereas you can extract more long term enjoyment from a dream car AND still have residual value when you sell. Can't say the same unless you're a porn actor with copyrights :D.

Ho ho ho Tigress bites :D

Unbelieveable news. RMB700million by sleeping around? She could've own a few production companies easily.

Plus a few more clones of her and you could get that "re-production" company listed on NYSE. Eye popping profits, high ROE and net margins! Also recession proof.

Some go to Naza but skills for pre-2000 can be done elsewhere by competent mechanics just like anywhere but problem is getting the right workshop here & then the parts issue, not exactly convenient like Sgp. I use EM, the guys there have been professional & reasonable fee but the EM in Sgp is getting expensive. I was charged S$150 just for sending the car to inspection less than 5km away & the car is stock!

Hey I found a classic British car that's highly eligible for Mille Miglia few days ago. Ex-works & was a period entrant that completed the race then in 280th position. Many cars don't complete in those days. It's quite affordable & a roadster. Pretty but not beautiful which I wonder if I should buy it. Cos, after the event I might lose interest with it, fast. Would really like to get an XK120 but it'll be double the price & if had the same provenance, probably worth 10times more

Do you think I should just get the 360CS here, enjoy it anytime but watch it depreciate like rock?!

Not forgetting to mention. The $2m (if it's real) only last for around an hour? That's 33k per minute :D

...and you're here now! So enjoy

    :D

Exquisite Marques? Got a lot of good review on them.

I don't think I misunderstood what you were saying, but you're thinking of getting a CS here in Malaysia?

There's two CS available in Singapore & one @ a reasonable price now but it's still going to depreciate quite a fair bit. Saw one with JT cars, didn't ask the price but selling a used exotic in Malaysia is like selling a fridge to eskimo :D I'm afraid it's a life-long commitment in Malaysia unlike Sgp where such cars move easier.

Get the CS. Don't think it will drop much from here on as it is a limited cult car. You will always be able to export the car out if need be as UK will appreciate these cars though not sure of their buying power these days.

As for the classic market, well if Europe continues to muddle through, not too sure how great the market will be from 2H 2012 and the whole of 2013 if the 5hit hits the fan. Maybe you should be in Greece and Spain to see if there are any cheap cars seriously.
