they would get a lot better class of car,if they stopped charging those putting there cars in the show/concour/polish and spit event. Just don't get used up,people have the habit of taking advantage of nice guys like yourself.
30 seconds for a Google search and you instantly find out that the Twiggy claim is BS. Quote Joe Sackey, here on fchat: "That is not Twiggy's Miura. It is 3961 which was registered "MIU OOO" is Australia, see image below left. Twiggy's Miura is 3676 and has always lived in England, see image below right. If one wants to be specific, it was never actually Twiggy's car, but rather that of her self-styled manager, Justin De Vileneuve." I would call this false advertising, but the media won't bother to check and the auction house will get lots of free publicity.
I don't understand why they would make comment like this when a Muira at auction in itself is a nice drawcard.
Perhaps there trying to attract leading Melbourne business leaders/international collectors to the auction with clients in Europe ,North America and Asia? Would there be investment fund managers out there looking at putting clients funds into international collectables?
Well they are claiming they have the documentation to prove that this one was purchased by Twiggy. So it is conceivable that there could be two Miuras with links to Twiggy; one that was purchased by her manager and one that was purchased by her. Personally, I think Twiggy needs to be contacted to find out the truth.
Horse is at Marc's. Too wet to pick it up It always comes back from Marc's 3 seconds quicker. How much paint did you do?
both sides and the front, guy said the rear was in good nick doors had to come off and he's fixed the driver's door which was sagging due to a spring that broke coming back from Sadelaide preventing the door to shut properly
Got some more info about the accident on the above car. The owner placed it into a panel shop next to harrys dinner up in Brissy to get the front bar re-sprayed due to a scratch. One of the shop workers decided to do a "burn out" and kissed a wall inside the shop. What a way to go! haha!
Saw a little Asian girl, in a white Superleggera, in the rain. It was on Whitehorse Rd Surrey hills. way too much power for her!!!
