Hey guys, just received a New York City bus lane ticket on W. Broadway. To be straightforward it was me and two other vehicles that got nabbed at about 7:15 a.m. I didn't even know there was this kind of enforcement, particularly when no busses are to be found. Guess I know now! That said, if anyone has any very good attorneys in New York City, I would greatly appreciate any guidance on who's the best without bleeding me dry so I can avoid a moving violation on my record. This city can be such a joke sometimes...

Its no moving violation.. Its just a ticket with no points.. They cant prove who was driving.. You got the ticket because the car is registered to you.. Pay it for forget about it.. R
Robbie: If only that was true. This isn't your ordinary bus lane camera ticket. There was a physical officer in the middle of the lane who flagged two others + me over. Unfortunately, there are points associated with this.
Easiest thing is to go to court. Talk to the prosecutor and tell him/her that you are willing to plead guilty to a similar fine with no points. For the prosecutor it's pretty much a no brainer deal to make. -Rod
Wow, just read all about the system in NYC. Makes me thankful to live in NJ for once. Best of luck. -Rod
