FOW used to run these pretty frequently and they were generally well done. Unfortunately, I am away that weekend and will not be able to make this one. I haven't seen a new McClaren on the road, but did get an opportunity to sit in one in the showroom.

I'm in for this. We end at Seneca park which has a great disc golf course. I'm bringing my discs in case anyone is up for a round after the BBQ.

 

I understand that at least 30 cars have signed up as of last week. Last year at this time only 10 had signed up and over 100 eventually signed up. I think this is going to be a pretty major event.

 

The weather Sunday looks awesome for the EurosportDC event, sunny and 89! I am going to make this event, Im excited, been looking forward to an event like this..... Who else is going?

Who else is attending EurosportDC TOMORROW? I heard from a reliable source the car count was 70 and climbing.....

Kevin and his crew did a bang-up job.. Very nice turn-out and quite a variety of hardware!

 

Anyone have any pics that they can share. It was too hot (93f) for me and my A/C needs a recharge so I bailed out, but somehow ran across the caravan going Rt50 west yesterday!

 

This thing was nuts! There were about 200 cars when it was all said and done...

I was keeping an Aventador at bay all day then I got tired leading the pack so I let him try to out run me The 599 can run it's paces!

 

Was that you in the Silverstone 599 with Capristo and (HRE wheels)? Car looks amazing

I was in the last group which had some scrub vehicles (what happend to this being an exotic gathering?)....just sayin....

I wanted to run with the other F cars and Lambos etc... I will get to the registration next time a lot earlier!

All in all I had a great time. The event was awesome but honestly there where too many cars. I would have liked to see the exotics only and keep it to about 100 cars total. I really enjoyed the drive, I am going back to revisit some of those roads

 

Haha! yeah that was me! Appreciate the kind words; ADV1.10s to be exact, she's been quite the project to get her close to perfection for me...

The first session had all the exotics with Balboni himself leading the first 40 cars. He lost us at the first light, so it was all fun trying to catch up only going 55 of course.

I had fun "leading" the back group in my friend's lowly 968 Coupe. I was surprised at the lack of times someone went around me...until we stopped for snacks.

I agree that we missed out by being in the back group. It was slow going for most there, it also seemed that everyone has made it to the park, sat, ate and was ready to go by the time we arrived.

Nice route though.
