    The Mercedes SLS Pace Car makes quite a stir on track, but the C-CLass 6.3 powered Medical Car is a real sleeper. It steals the show in my opinion.

    That's true. The safety car used to make a great noise too until they changed it to an SLS.

    My daily driver is a W216 AMG CL 63. I love it.

    My wife drives a W203 320 wagon.

    I would love to have that 6.2 liter V-8 in a W204 wagon for the USA.

    Anyone at Mercedes listening?

    Heard the SLS safety car most recently in MC a couple of weeks ago, and it sounded pretty throaty.

    I had a couple more photos of the course cars but am at my lF-Chat limit for image attachments (?)

    Anyway, the 6.3 wagon sounds better than the SLS; especially off throttle.

    No doubt the SLS is a pretty looking car, but in terms of exotic, the SLR's looks could have been a better safety car, IMHO.
