Does anyone know which c/n Miuras Miles Davis owned or have any details on them and also what c/n the RHD Miura SV is in the above article about and posted by Jim?
The one he crashed in 72 was LHD Lime Green. That photo may not be it or the negative may be flipped.
Thanks, Jim. The car he crashed may have been a Miura S which Joe Sackey confirmed he once owned. The car in the pic is an SV. I don't think it's a flipped photo as the numbers on the registration plate are not inverted. Did Miles always buy new cars? If he ordered a new Miura after the crash in 1972 his next Miura would have been an SV. Details anyone or on the car in the pic?
What a story! Miles Davis was very lucky to have you there in his time of need! Very quick smart thinking to be able to deliver life saving first aid, accurate assessment of the crashed vehicle , and narcotic clean up! You are the worlds' most capable man!
