The 10th picture down is the f430 I have been seeing lately. Today was the third day in a row it passed our dealership.
Was sitting at a stoplight while delivering a car and this drove by. I also finally saw the red 360cs yesterday around the buckhead area. Image Unavailable, Please Login
I almost stopped with a customer in the car to take a picture but i dont think they would have been as impressed.. It was at kroger i think.
I just passed a pair Bugatti Veyrons on Johnson Ferry in Sandy Springs. I literally stopped in my lane to look at them. They had some corporate wrap / livery - name escapes me. But holy crap. And cheers to the kid in the SUV behind them who yelled "they win" when he saw my Maserati GT. Under any other circumstances, I would think that was a ***** thing to say, but hey, I was thinking it too.
Josh, nice spot of the CGT. Here are some recent pics. Honorable mentions include a Lexus LFA, a very rare Audi R8 GT, Mclaren MP4-12C, and a 360 Stradale to name just a few. Because they were wrapped, it's hard to tell but mostly red on the first one and mostly black on the second one. I was so fixated on the first one that I didn't even realize there was one right behind it until my daughter said 'there's two!'. I think if I troll some other forums like l4p, I'll figure this out. I initially thought they were Gold Rush Rally cars but the logos were different. I just wish I could remember the brands...it looked like a promotional effort.
I saw this white 599 GTO on Peachtree Street yesterday, but it has two apparent errors on it: http://www.flickr.com/photos/59051853@N08/7432987914/in/photostream As Horse-Power pointed out on another forum," it's missing the rear side signals plus the rear vent is facing the wrong direction..Yours may be a European version, most of them don't have those signals". The attention to detail on this car is otherwise perfect, thus a kit or tuning is almost out of the question. Does anyone know what is going on with this car?
I recently met and talked to the owner of the LFA. He's a truly awesome guy and a very passionate car enthusiast. Awesome spot
Anybody know what happened to the Rolls Royce dealer on Piedmont? Drove past earlier and the showroom was empty and all the signs were gone.
I had a nice surprise while shopping at Phipps Plaza. FoA had an FF on display. Here are my photos from last Saturday evening. I was westbound on I-285 this morning when I was passed by a black Gallardo with an S.C. plate. By the time I remembered that I had my "small" Canon in the console (I was coming home from C&O), he was well ahead and out of range. But we both turned onto I-75 northbound, and either he slowed up a bit or I sped up (when the speed limit rose to 65). When we both wound up in the left lane due to traffic, I pulled the camera out and did a couple of grab shots. They're not great, but when you're trying to drive a Ferrari at 70+ mph, it's hard to take photos without stuffing the car into the barrier! (Notice how much crud is on the shoulder!) But I made sure I had control of the car before using the camera. He was still visible heading northbound when I took exit 265. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Thanks Jason, it's a labor of love, LOL. Jim, nice catch and pic of the Gallardo. I think it's safe to say that we can sign you up as a spotter anytime you want Time to download some shots from Saturday. The first two pics below is a super rare Ferrari 599 Alonso Edition at FoA.
