Hey guys, would appreciate a little help regarding what I suspect to be a fake/replica Omega Deville?

Cell phone pictures is the best I can do right now now, everything about it screams cheap and fake to me. Bare in mind I have no knowledge when it comes to watches.

Google hasn't been too helpfull unfortunately

    Thank you :)

plastic insert ring is a good tell. The generic asian movement is too small for the case, hence the plastic. A real omega movement fits the case and is held in with small metal screw tabs.

    Great post.

I have an Omega that I love. The detailing on the rotor and bridge is completely different.

Passing this along for what it is worth:

Omega says ex-employees responsible for $3 million fake Speedmaster watch

The item was thought to be a 1957 stainless steel chronograph wristwatch with Broad Arrow hands, and was described by Phillips as one of the “very first—and most collectible—Speedmaster models.”

The "Frankenstein" watch sold for more than $3 million at auction in 2021.

However, it was later discovered that the timepiece, which was bought with the help of “intermediaries,” was in fact a “Frankenstein” watch—an inauthentic timepiece composed of “mostly authentic OMEGA components,” Giovanni Alegre, senior communications manager at Omega, confirmed to CNN in a statement.

“OMEGA and Phillips were the joint victims of organized criminal activity involving the selling of this specific watch by auction,” the statement added.
