    This Ferrari rookie owner has managed to lock himself out of the car. Key fob won't open the door locks; neither will the key. Fortunately, the car is in my garage. Any thoughts about how to reset the system?

    common issue happened to me you will need to replace the cheap Fiat door lock actuator. Sorry I was able to get into mine from the passenger and then took it to the shop where it was fixed. Apparently the tech spent 45 minutes using the key to unlock the door to replace the unit. Good luck at least it happened at home.
