A diehard BMW guy right here Here's a pic of my car at Tail of The Dragon's famous Tree of Pain from two weeks ago. https://sphotos.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-snc7/382374_10150991802509450_597634108_n.jpg
V.S. also built a 1200 horse single turbo v12 e34 and a twin turbo s85 m6 drag car. They do amazing work.

Yeah... I don't suspect anyone might give it to me.... Ah well, one can dream! LOL Shiny Side Up! Bill
Sorry I missed your post. It was direct bolt-on, amazingly required zero adjustment and a perfect fit. The (large) twin tips hit the bumper cutout perfectly with a fraction to spare. Bigger tips simply would not be possible. Total price is less than $700 for a beautifully made piece, bolt-on and totally reversible. It has a deep growl down low, screams up high, and for me most importantly ZERO drone or rasp. Just a wonderful tone throughout the rev range. Love it and very much worth the price. Here's mine an 05 em6 m3, no sunroof and stick.. Picked it up at the factory and put every mile on it, so far only 16k. Best change was an autologic remap.
Sold my E39 540i 6 speed. Going to the auction tonite to try and replace it. High KM, but hopefully I will luck out I'm a sucker for these old bimmers
Yes color all the better to blend into the road with. M3 is a great opportunistic feeder, you can drive around unobtrusively in traffic ac stereo etc, and then grab a bend or open stretch of the road as it appears.
Yes, it's a pretty much complete package (the really package would be the M5 line!). I need to lose my ///M-virginity soon... I've ridden in one (E30 M3) but never driven one. Hmm.
Just a personal request but I would love to see pics of any older M-series owned or once owned by Fchat members.

Absolutely love the pair!!! Saw an E28 M5 on July 4th on the side of the road and had to make a u-turn to see it up close. Pretty rare to see an E38 let alone the M5 version. Love the looks. One day I'll get an E30 sedan and a salvaged E30 M3 and make my dream M3 sedan.
Pics? See below 2 similar M3's but my e39 is only a 530, hoping to get an e34 M5 at some point. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
