If you dont get any readings from the car it might be because the ground pin in not in place. there was a service campaign for this and there is also good information on this forum as to how to complete the grounding so a store bought reader will work. Basically Ferrari was trying to pull a fast one and left out the grounding pin thinking this would require visits to the stealer for service. Federal emissions mandate that OBDII be available for testing purposes. I beleive you can still have this campaign completed for free by the dealer as it is emissions related.
