I follow The Woz on Twitter, he posts all the places he visits, shops, eats, etc.. I've wondered if he welcomed random strangers at the various locations he can be found. I'd like to meet him someday.

Have seen him around a few times...Palo Alto, San Jose, Mountain View. Places like Macy's, Chipotle, Apple store, etc. I have never gone up to him (just respecting his privacy) but I have seen others go up to him and say hello, shake his hand, etc. He always seemed friendly.

I did have a brief chat with him at a bookstore appearance in San Mateo a few years ago. Seems like a nice enough guy.

Stuff he carries around is just stupid. When I travel, I take my cell phone and charger. No ipad, no laptop. I do without. For long flights, I consider the ipad, keyboard, and a battery extender for both my phone and ipad.

Lately I have been bitten by the photography bug so I suppose I will be carrying my DSLR, battery charger, and a couple of lenses as well.

I really hate not being able to travel light.

7 cell phones for 2 people? Not my taste but Im glad it makes him happy. Ive never met him and Im not really an Apple fan but the Woz has certainly had an influence on the world and by all accounts is a great guy.
