    Perhaps that is just a California thing? Reason I asked is because I am not sure if they had cat's from the factory but if they did that would save some hassle.

    Please do as I am also very curious. The only concernable outside differences are the nose and spoiler Rally lighting followed by the NACA ducting in the rear fender wells. The T300 could be the hp rating?

    .guess you are right about being a dealer issue...some quotes below from some people about it.

    Think it was a dealer who modified the car was ment to have more powerful engine but most were found to have standard engine.......Yeah ten made think they had ren sport parts on engine but where all robbed before being shipped they didn't run well as I've been told by a owner I may have had one in bits a while ago.......they were built by Issels in germany looks a lot like a tour d corse look for it in road and track exotic cars charlie smith used to own one...........jan morgan has one in california......

    the naca ducting is stock on all r5's ..they all come on the drivers side rear, as for the turbo intercooler is located on that side..guess he took the lights and hood from the maxi turbo r5 and installed them ..either way good find as i learned something new..:)

    Ya know I'm gonna take this opportunity to express how I feel about people who own or admire R5's. I think taking the plunge to own one shows what a true car 'person' that person is. If I had the monetary means to build a collection it would be so varied it would confuse most people.

    Hey Kerim throw me some bones ie video's. I enjoy driving video's/images but I really enjoy pics and video's of a car that shows all the 'inside' stuff such as the engine compartment (with coverings removed) aswell as interior and bonnet pics. Alot of reviews leave me wanting/desiring more details.

    there is an engine listed on ebay ....at this rate, i may have to build my own! :D
