Hi Georges, world is realy small. Hope you enjoyed your visit here in Italian motor Valley. I'm waiting to see you and others French Ferrari enthusiasts here next time. I will introduce you the Ferrari F1 Racing Department engineer we have in the family... a traitor... And, if still works, i will take you with me to have a trip on that old black scrap. ciao Alberto
Sorry im late to the show, but all that talk about performance figures and no one has mentioned things like weather temperature and difference tarmac compounds?
They look like the normal factory mirrors to me... just painted and not dropped down at all- perfectly level.
Any Countach owners out there still using P7s? Under what conditions? Please share thoughts.. Image Unavailable, Please Login
I use a set of P7R tires, but just for car shows, because they came on the car originally and are too old to be safe for fast driving. I'm saving some P7s for when I get the right car that came with them.....
Huge regrets about selling that car. I agree with leaving the front 'Euro' side marker lights, just doesn't look right completely gone. Here's a couple of pics of the engine after Evans got done with it. A stunning piece. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
HEY John!!! didn't know you still poked around here. Thanks for posting some pics of your old gal. I still love the photo of it in front of your house. You back in the market?
i still have P7 on mine... but they are too old and hard for anything more than commuting and same goes for all tyres that are over 10 years old i have a set of new Pzero for the rear...debating what to put on the front ...any suggestions from 400S and 5000S owners? p.s. i will save the P7! i have an other new set at home Image Unavailable, Please Login
I agree, John -- was hoping to see you at Le Belle this year and show you my newly acquired downdraft. Hope you are doing well. Kirk
Nice picture! i would take down and save those P7. I put a chinese 205/50-ZR15 on the front, as i cannot find 205/50-15 Pzero anywhere. I do not want to put on the 225/50-15 Pzero i have, they are not allowed on our cars. If anybody could help to find those ****ty 205/50-15 Pzero anywhere... ciao
I still have at least 2 sets of P7 tires, good condition, good thread...but as stated here..they are date coded, so I would not do any high perfromance driving with them. I also have a set of the early front I thin it is 205 size tires as well... Anyone want any they are for sale..PM me or e-mail me [email protected]
Thanks for the input. Yes, as Peter says, they look so right. PS - That first series Ansa sport looks fierce! I bet it sounds Basso Supremo! PPS - I know I am guilty of exporting USA national treasures, but I get a good feeling anytime I see a pic of this car back home in Italy especially with you, because I know it is in great hands!
Hi Ken, starting lurking a couple of weeks ago. I think this old picture is the one you are talking about. Glad to see the present owner uses her. Not back in the market just yet. I was suprised I didn't see you this past spring at the show in Celebration. Hi Peter, I was looking forward to seeing your cars at Le Belle this June, but a family matter got in the way. I have seen the pics on this site and your Countach looks beautiful. Hey Kirk, I saw your new DD on this thread, amazing looking car with a great color. I looked for you at Le Belle last year but didn't see you, and this year as I told Peter I cancelled my plans to drive up at the last minute. Image Unavailable, Please Login
