A little off topic, but I just got back from The Dark Knight Rises.. BLOODY AMAZING, well for me at least... Do not, I repeat, DO NOT ask around for spoilers or search the net before you watch it. It WILL spoil the whole thing. Don't say I didn't warn you guys Oh ps, Anne Hathaway looks good in tight leather, meow!!
I had to settle for the normal screening as I hate 3D, and the imax screens in KL were fully booked. Definitely gonna watch it again though.. Told myself I had to watch it today, didn't wanna know the spoilers before getting a chance to catch the movie..haha
Red is a no brainer for the ferrari. I had a white 430 spider and it took a bit longer to sell but at the end you only need to find guys who like white like you. So while red is easy to sell, it's not like you cannot sell the white 458. Go for white if you like it. As for re sale, if you want to trade in, prepare to get 30 to 50K less than the actual sale price. I suggest you ask one of the dealers to sell your car. I can recommend one or more dealers. I usually consign my car, pay 1% of the sale price. It's better than selling to the dealer, especially in this market. It may take 2 to 3 months to sell in this market. There are a couple of 599 for sale but no white as there are only 2.
Actually owner of that baby is someone we all know. Don't think it's the issue of the tub. You actually learn how to get in and out of it and it's not that bad.
Hey guys question about clutch wear rate on Ferrari F1s. My Stradale has 30%+ & still a lot left with mileage @ 21K km. Car's not tracked. @ what point do you guys switch it out? Ben was telling me that he has never had to change CS clutches before as they seem to last far longer than regular 360s. How has your 430, 599 done? Was thinking to buy a spare but upgraded Kevlar unit from http://www.exoticclutches.com/ @ US$2700. They specialise in Lambos clutches so those guys with E gears can contact them & I also bought a spare Kevlar unit for my Diablo.
Now will be to get her to see it in person. Then we will know if she like it. Coz using pictures and with the right angles, it can make cars look really nice but when viewed in flesh, it may actually be just plain. That's nice, but I reckon it will be very hard to drive on the roads.. Though I love to track, but not possible to get a pure track car.. Btw, do you guys advertise your cars here when you are selling? If you do, which part of the forum do you post in? Coz I am pretty sure there are cars for sale that is not in sgcarmart, just gotta know where to look for it.
Move over Arabians, Americans don't chrome, they like gold! Skip the loudhailer guy & jump to 2.40 http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=jIWgEzDVUlo#!
Hey the Mp12 is faster off the line than LFA but gets trounced by the Aventador & then the monster steps in... [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m5_AKjDdqaU&feature=related[/ame]
F430 - 45,000km, F1 clutch change. But the first 40,000km were UK kms. May not have been the same as SG city driving kms.....

I got 28k on my first clutch .. and you all know I drove it like a little old lady .. altho the first 5.5k were put on by a mad man! oh really .. I thought only King & Douglas had a fax out of us lot .. Doug .. what's the story?!?! that would be the Sherman Wolf collection??
Please lah, since when do i drive like a mad man? That fax has lots of extras which cost a bomb. My options is about 100k and this one is probably double. Yeap, it's the Wolf collection.
Hehee, we would think it's a reverse, mad man That's quite decent mileage & wonder what kind of UK driving did it do, if it's London city, I think it would've died early too. Their jams are as bad or worse than KL. I would thought the Cali is a 250GT rather than GTB? Drool indeed & these are mega player's toys!
Oh boy they sure make many of them http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?p=141607050#post141607050 If it's priced below a million here, I bet they'll be like Beemers in the street ok not that many but you get the idea. Just 15 months & a thousand.....
i was told that ceramic brakes last forever (so to speak) ... on my sl, had to change pads & discs within the 1st year ...
fwiw, pls don't try to hoodwink the boss with pretty pics ... it will land u in the doghouse for months ... at the very least ...
