The next move for Bernie is to buy the Nürburgring outright and then the German government won't allow him to be prosecuted in any way, shape or form in order to keep the Nürburgring alive! Bernie: "Check-mate I believe!"
At this point, rather than increasing his wealth, I think the satisfaction in life for Bernie comes from beating someone. The money doesn't really matter.
