My 308 has a few small chips in the paint, is there any place to get some touch up paint to match the factory paint.

If it's rosso corsa, the touch up paint at your local auto parts store... Toyota Super Red is the exact same color. Spot on. :)

Go to an auto paint dealer.Find one who has the 3m process . Make sure your car is clean and polished. They have a camera that will take a picture on a flat surface(rear deck) . They run it in the computer and it tells them what the mix is and they mix a small bottle to a quart or more. It cost me $12 for a small bottle and it is a perfect match.

That's what I did when I repaired the rust on my car.
As SK said, be sure your car is clean and polished so the camera picks up the correct hues.

I've gotten touchup for the rosso corso from Paintscratch.com, and it is a spot-on match. I've had good success with their products on lots of different cars.
