My 308 has a few small chips in the paint, is there any place to get some touch up paint to match the factory paint.

This is a crap shoot. I tried Dr. Colorchip, but did not get a good match (others have). I also bought some from a Glasurit dealer (OEM for my paint), and it was better but not perfect. I then brought them the car and they used their spectrophotometer to try to get a closer match. This produced a couple of chips that were close, but still not perfect.

Good luck, and if you find a better solution please let us know.

Can't tell from your profile what color you're seeking, but for my red 87 328 GTS, I use Rossa Generalis Motore (Duplicolor Scratch Fix NG GM 519 "Victory Red"). It's a perfect match for mine and I do mean perfect (third try was the charm).

Ditto on paintscratch.com. I've bought touchup for several different cars, and they are very good.

Thanks for the name of the company, I have been putting this off too long. I just ordered touch up paint for mine.

I need to as well. So far so good with 4 1/2 years ownership and not one door ding, but the inevitable is what it is.

where can I find touch-up paint for the air box, not sure it has to be wrinkle paint to fill in the edges when they chip.

I had gone to a Autobody guy and he told me to go online and find it. He won't be seeing me again. I'll give these guys a shot.

To really smooth out your paint chip repair, try this stuff, it's great. They're a Ferrari Club supporter, too.

In the following video, Langka is vague about using their "Blob Remover" on original paint of cars of 308 vintage. Can anyone confirm that Langka Blob Remover is okay on factory Ferrari 308 paint?

I am loathe to spend the $40 for the kit just to test it on my car and discover it removes the original paint. The Langka chip remover kit seems to be well regarded.

FWIW, on Friday I bought myself a bottle of the computer analysed, custom mixed touch-up paint. It is virtually an exact match. Very happy.
