Most likely your dealer will be using Cat E when the car is delivered & bro, coe typically goes up during year ends due to bonus & festive season. Not looking good Next month is 7th, "low" period so maybe you want to try your luck & bid as you can hold the cert for 6 months?
bro, if you need it b4 dec. current price is about right, don't see it going down between now and dec. I got mine at 70plus for my fax. So horse or fax?
