Good Question...Either I put a King Grand in it , and it'll be worth $75,000.00 or I sat on it to deteriorate more..tough call...71's are not appreciated the way series 1's are.. Most likely the current owner put in 50 g's and said, hey I'm only half way there... interior and exterior would be another 50, so he's lettin go!
Definitely a conundrum. I decided not to put the big bucks in my E, just got the car solid and safe and drive it regularly.

I would imagine he wants close to 90,000 though! BTW this red e is prime!!! Look at how dry the engine compart is... NICE!
Regarding 1971red etype -wrong exhaust tips -silver under bonnet fasteners are silver. Should be red -black under bonnet panel is black. Should be red -71'S should have side bonnet emblem. Its missing Thats just 2 min review on iphone. Only buy etypes from etype restoration experts or a jcna judged 99 pt car. They are tough to get right Ed
That OTS just looks so glorious in Sable. It's my fav colour for them. The interior though is not what I'd call tan. Also nice to see a triple SU set-up in the US.
