Looks like somebody needs to bring this thread back down to earth! A new weekend watch that arrived last night. I couldn't decide between the orange and the blue, and of course now I wish I would've bought the blue. Anybody want a good deal on a very lightly worn watch, 24 hours old? Nothing to fancy I guess. Just the good old Cartier Santos Galbee. Very light and comfortable watch to wear. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Radiomir GMT. Do I really need a travel watch to cross one time zone? Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
The obvious answer is no, but it hasn't stopped me from trying to justify the purchase to my wife... First one is my 233 from last night... Second one is my Super Combat B17 I have on this morning... Last one is my 338 before Picnic with the Pops tonight... J Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Fairly knowledgeable about watches but trying to learn more - how can you tell by top of watch that there are 17 jewels ?
Well after collecting for 25 years you develop a very keen eye......of course it could be that part right on the dial where it says "17 jewels"
Lange is hopefully my next piece. I just love the movements. I love my FP Journe. This one I just love the look but think I will wait for the Lange I really want as this one has a steep list price.
My Daytona is acting up. It varies from 10 minutes slow to 15 minutes fast in the course of 24 hours. Can anyone tell me the best way to get it serviced? Should I contact Rolex directly or use my AD? Thanks. Image Unavailable, Please Login
