I was hoping nobody posted this already. I just came across this, the video is almost 3min, haven't watched the whole thing yet. Enjoy!

Saw a dark gray and a dark blue F12 on the line upstairs. Neat covers to protect those carbon front brakes during the assembly process and lots of other interesting details shown in this too brief tour. Thanks!

You took the words out of my mouth! All that time they had, unlimited use of cameras and all they could put together was a 2min 42sec video!!!?? I'm sure there's plenty left on the "cutting room floor" that I wouldn't mind seeing! They probably could of made that video 10min plus. Really cool stuff though, can't wait to see it in person at some point!

When I visited the factory some years ago, I was impressed by how quiet it was. No clanking, grinding or buzzing noises. The robots were silent, and the people were going about doing their work.

One of the journalists told me he was doing a story on the new 458 Italia at the factory and he had his camera with him of course. What should appear but a new undisguised 599 GTO driving by inside the factory compound. At that time the public had not seen the finished car so he was told to 'ignore' the GTO and not take any pictures of it...

For more detailed shots from the factory you should download the National Geographic documentary on the 599 GTB fiorano. A complete build is followed throughout the factory.

The one I visited the factory, I had a private English speaking tour for my friend and I. It was the day after Schumacher won the Italian GP, so the lines were not moving, and the workers were actually drinking red wine from the bottle. I remember seeing unfinished F50s and thinking, if I could afford one, I would rather it not be from this day's assembly line.

And the R&T video is great, thanks for posting. Factory is so different today.
