    Are those Canadian plates on the car? I'm traveling and can't try to see if I can find a serial number in my database. I wonder why it is being broken up.

    Reversed taillights could be from a simple repaint or previous accident repairs.

    Car seems to be in Canada.
    Seller has given me a VIN but it isn't complete and does't match.
    I would like to have your feeling before giving you the numbers I have.
