This is fascinating, and even more so given that this super successful trader lives so close...

 

It's obvious that he is not as successful as he claims, this is not in dispute. He may be a scam artist, and it may be that his attitude works for those that are impressed easily by what he considers important (cars, girls, etc), such as college students or partiers.

But there may be another possibility. He may be suffering from an actual mental illness, such as Bipolar Affective Disorder, and is manic. Some of his claims are often consistent with this diagnosis, such as grandiose thinking. If that is the case, I hope someone close to him gets him the help he needs. I say this as someone with experience in the mental health field.

 

HE WANTS YOUR MONEY. He wants to separate you from it, the sooner the better. If you invest with him, he makes money on every transaction, right down to YOUR LAST dollar, or I guess, Loonie. (appropriate, don't you think?)

I know bipolar up close and personal, he ain't bipolar. He's a crook. A scammer, a lot of things, but mentally ill? I highly doubt it.

I believe yin gave you a 24 hour ban for language. I also clearly remember your user profile showing you as a banned user for about that period of time. If necessary I can go back and find that thread.

What I really miss is you explaining how I can get 15% to 30% returns monthly in the demo account you promised to set up and show us in the subscribed forum. Still waiting...

Something I read years ago and have pinned to my bulletin board, chalk it up to a previous experience.
