Amazing what a long distance drive will do for your mileage. Drove the car out to WV last weekend, doing 225 miles round trip and filling up with 13.2 gallons. This is a 70% increase from the usual 10 I get playing around town. :) Might have been the girl friend driving home too!

Driving the car gives a marked increase in all areas of performance. You'd be surprised how many "bad" comp and leak tests can be improved markedly by a couple of trips to the redline. Sadly, many of these cars are driven seldom and timidly.

Just drove mine +750 miles round trip to Monterey for the Monterey Historics. The gas milage was great, comfort was so so...the drive through the backroads in central California with 5 other Ferraries, Priceless:)

i'm writing from the south of france, having driven down from england

driving at the regulated 110-130km/hr , i've achieved a best of 25.4 mpg on a run of 350 miles

the mpg falls rapidly each time i approach 8250 rpm---you can actually see the petrol gauge needle fall before your eyes!!!
