Wolfgang, do not worry on my behalf. This all part of what you have to deal with in the Lamborghini community. But rest assured we remain dedicated to our beloved passion Lamborghini (Countach, in this thread) every single day. Not a single day goes by where it is clear the focus is on providing useful information, illustrations, images, and cars.
Good observation. Senape, Champagne, Naturale, Crema, Panna & Testa Di Moro are the ones I can remember off the top of my head. Now don't ask me for pics!

KLA12080 is not listed in the ILR (or maybe is missing as '1st last car' ?) whereas KLA1204 is listed as 2nd last built (last customer car). KLA12085 is listed as the last ever Countach (so for me it's the silver 25th) Do someone know more about 080 and 084 (I'm missing ILR updates...)
I noticed that some 25th Anniversary models have different rear air outlets (see pictures). Most cars seem to have the outlet 'in the middle' of the 'shoulder' of the car. Some have them placed more to the rear (the rare version). From memory I recall having seen this (the rare version) for the first time on a black car, here in The Netherlands .... Does anybody know more or have more pictures? Thanks for sharing. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Excellent observation. Could it be that the rare version are on the early cars? This is a mid-production car. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Who is asking you to leave? In fact, I hope you stay to further establish your standing. I will read every post you make in the Countach or Miura threads, scan it with my BS-meter, and respond accordingly. That is my promise.
I loved this car and drove it a couple thousand miles without issue. Bianco Perlato with Rosso interior, completed at Sant Agata on February the 22nd 1983 and supplied to Emilainauto in Bologna. Imported to the USA on May the 24th 1984 with 603 km on the clock. In the hills above Palos Verdes Penninsula, some 17 years ago.. Anyone know of another LP500S in Bianco Perlato with Rosso interior? There must be others, I'm just asking.. FWIW this car started life with red paint at the works and was repainted Bianco Perlato prior to its February 1983 completion, allegedly for the Paris Salon. This was stated by two (2) factory employees on seperate occasions but I have zero documentation of this. Image Unavailable, Please Login
We can only be so lucky if Roy decides to leave the forum.. Grow up.. Time and time again your getting caught flim flamming words, circumstances, etc.. Its annoying.. and you keep going and defending like your right.. Oh.. that perfect car that Andretti used to own I heard is under going some serious work.. I guess to make the perfect car even more perfect. Joe, thanks for being a part of this community. Your resources and knowledge are without questions valuable to this forum. +10,000 for Antonio. He is spot on.. Just a little disappointed in how that pre-inspection went on that Countach in Florida.. We can talk about that in private. R
Thank you for your input Robbie. I know that as a body & paint specialist you did a careful inspection of the ex-Andretti Countach so you have a perspective that's legitimate.
Forgot to mention: the images I have posted today of Countach LP500S 12562 are from my private collection of images of cars I have owned. I am starting to scan some of these images and post so I can share them here with everyone. This is the first time they have been shown anywhere in public. Its great to see them again and there is always something to be learned or noticed. More to come on a couple other Countachs.
Best I can describe: Senape - Mustard Champagne - Champagne (yellow) Naturale - Tan Crema - Cream Panna - Salmon (pink) Testa Di Moro - Dark brown Naturale & Tabacco are shown below. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
A genuine S1 Lowbody, one of the 27 with small gauges. Collected at the factory by the first owner, I was fortunate to buy it directly from him years ago, a true time-warp machine. Who says factory documentation doesn't exist? It makes for interesting reading. 1,200kg must be dry weight. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Memory Lane. 1121034 by our Laguna Niguel home, single-mirror, EE plate still affixed. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Ok, well that stirs up another question. Why one mirror? Is this the case on more than one car? My Urraco has one mirror which I have replaced with a non OEM piece. Bought in pairs but I just don't have the heart to install the passenger side. However, it is needed. (just was experimenting with the Bravos Image Unavailable, Please Login
Peter, this was totally random, and I don't think there was specific reason. Remember prior to the LP400S, many LP400 were delivered with no mirrors! Here are some I know: 1121014, 1016, 1028, 1060 & 1086, all delivered with one mirror.
