It's a P4 cue which very few P4's still have as over time that shape which on P4's are two different shaped curves was forgotten in replacement windshields especially those made in UK. We restored that back in 0846 and 0854. P 4/5 has it as well but it's very subtle. It helps the air flow stay attached. Not sure why it would be a sharp angle as opposed to a curvature change.

Mark's rendering with a shorter wind screen may be closer than some think.

From what I've seen its the bottom part of the windscreen that follows the mule's. Ferrari may package the top to make it look shorter, for all those wondering the mule most photographed is not a complete power train mule.

But I doubt it's as impressive as the sketches I've seen on facebook of the P4/5 LMP. ;)

nice, although it's misusing the BFH (bif frikin' hole's) which will be even larger on 2014 cars then on the 2012.

From those aero pictures, I'm getting a mix of Zonda, 430 and F1 Longtail out of the body.

This one was confirmed for nes¡xt year. Something special for sure, but the F70 can be shown in LA. Not sure, but it's the only one possibility this year. Some months ago I heard that Ferrari is really interested in the Northamerican market. It's one of the most improtant markets for them. And the LA Auto Show organization has confirmed more than 40 world premiers, most of them are "green" cars and high performance cars.

I think 2008 was the last year Ferrari had a display at the LA Auto Show. I don't expect to see them back there this year.

From the picture it looks like the windscreen kind of dips a little right in the middle. Combined with some earlier pictures with the car having big side scoops, makes me thinking that may be going for a roof air intake of sorts, like on the F50GT. But if it dips in the middle of the roof it will be invisible from side profile view.
Something else that caught my eye is inside the car. Obviously this is not going to be the dash in it, but look how far back the steering is. I also think the car will have a lot of open spaces around the wheels. The Pininfarina Rossa prototype comes to mind, altho this will be obviously completely different as it is rear engined.

In the Mille Chiili concept some years ago Ferrari talked about having the driver seat fixed and the steering, pedals and displays move - this being able to produce shorter cars with more accurate centre of gravity. I would expect we'll see this on the new Enzo.
