May be you are right about the (little) bias but I think Fchat is still very balanced in judgement toward the competitors.
The same thing could not be said for the McLaren forum.
I have no account there but I usually spend time reading threads.
The P11 thread is a bit hilarious.
A lot of triumphalism in any post (imaginary lap times or performance data) and fair mockery toward Ferrari.
Exactly as two years ago when the first specs of the MP4-12C were out (So, 7 minutes at the nurburgring, 1,7g of cornering G eccetera eccetera ....)
Just discovered now than it’s enough an old school front engine 52/48 weight balanced ZR1 with good tires to lap faster of the MP4 in every circuit of the world.
Let's wait to see this P1.

Hahaha!! It's even more hilarious some think the P1 resembles anything like a 458.
Sorry to voice my own opinion. So what? It doesn't matter when the 458 was unveiled, there are no similarities apart from they are both to designed to go fast. It's like saying Audi a4 and a BMW 3 series has the same roof and boot. I've heard many, Koenig, Paganini, both cab forward design so yes the overall profile might looks similar to some, but a 458? You got to be kidding right

Please explain to me how it's inspired by the 458, please give me a detailed explanation and I might consider your opinion, but more importantly I could do with a laugh

 

Why is this so important to you? Many people have said the 599 looks like a Corvette. I fail to see any similarity, but so what? I actually do think the P12 has some resemblance to the 458. You obviously see it differently. Fine. No need to be a *self censored* about it. That has nothing to do with voicing an opinion.

In your very first post on Ferrarichat (#1759 of this thread), you :

1. Attempted an insult, by calling many members here "fools" in your first four words.
2. Demonstrated a complete ignorance about either : a. when the 458 was introduced (in reality, 3 yrs ago), or b. basic arithmetic (suggesting that 3 years is less than 1 year). Styling may be a matter of opinion and taste, but third-grade arithmetic surely isn't.

Now for the record, i didn't "order you to a basement" ... i suggested that your mommy's basement is your natural habitat. And so far you've done nothing but reinforce that conjecture.
