No surprise there, another Countach with a Robert Ball built engine that had to get redone.

Where I could get videos where could hear the real sounds of different Countach's and perhaps Diablo?
And orginal or factory exhausts and so on.

Just same stuff like this LP400S clip, which is I think one of the best ever made of true sound of Classic Lamborghini V12's.
    [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L0SbGAghMZw[/ame]

Is there any other, anywhere, videos like these where could just simply hear the sound and perhaps even compare LP400, LP400S, LP5000S and QV and so on?
I have tryed to search Youtube quite much, but obiously there isn't ones available, or is there?
    Do I ask too much?....

As far as me and Ball?

He filed for bankruptcy and went out of business, I paid Evans to fix all his mistakes.
Which included but was not limited to a complete engine rebuild after it was completely rebuilt by Ball.
Only George had to purchase new, valves, pistons and a crankshaft after Balls failed attempt at an engine rebuild.
Maybe it is just a coincident however I know of several cars that he had in his shop around that time that all suffered some sort of engine failure.

After all of the depositions had been completed my own included, I believe his lawyer realized that he was going to lose and advised Ball of his options.
The best of which was filing for bankruptcy. By law when he filed we were unable to proceed in court.

    Nice pictures!

But is looks like the black anni has the wrong marker light lenses, as was discussed earlier in this thread, given that they are clear and not frosted. Perhaps another front-end-damaged-with-improper-repair car??

Thanks for sharing. These pics are almost 2 years old FWIW.

The LP400 is 1120200 of course, now in the USA.

Ditto Vic, the Annivesario has replacement lenses. Naturally in the absence of an accident report we can also assume one unit was damaged from a rock etc and both were replaced with incorrect units. But, incorrect units are always a good clue to investigate further. That's a USA car by the way.

The Countach QV has spacer inserts in the rear track, looks odd.

The 25th is LLA12038, a cali car imported by Max Bobnar around 1991 and owned by him till 2 years back. I think the QV is Emilio's, I don't know another QV which matchs the look with the tubi exhaust, also I know meanwhile all MY 1987 QV's in Switzerland from HLA12043-HLA12052 with their location.

Hey thought you'd enjoy this little tribute to your car...

A photographer who posts images on the photo-enthusiast website Flickr which I belong to who goes by the pseudonym "Countach Fan" saw your car over the Quail weekend and posted:

"I saw this very rare Euro spec Downdraft Countach in Pebble Beach. I absolutely love this car!"

    I thought you'd dig that.

    Joe,

Thanks! Great shot. I saved the photo on my HD. Much better than the ones I managed to take.
