He has a nice picture of 1038 also! It reads: "This is my favorite car in my favorite color. I would do anything to own this." Image Unavailable, Please Login
Those are great photos but the colors don't look right.... is it my computer? They seem over saturated and shiny....? i have no doubt though how great they really do look in person.
Look at the F40 and the seats within it - coloration is correct. The grass in 2011 at Quail at 8 in the morning was super-green, and that definitely is a true representation of "Blu Tahiti". Pre-show, I made sure the car was clean, and we had polished it the night before.
It looks like he is using some sort of unique esposure setting. The colors are correct, but a lot of the shots he has some extra reflectivity captured. Some cool shots for sure, Geno's car looks great, the blue/white as well, also enjoyed his shots of the W8 and XJ220 some unique finds. Image Unavailable, Please Login
what is the correct leather pouche for a countach S? pics? i found many pouches on ferrariliterature.com but i am not sure which one would fit?
Emilio, it depends which S we are talking about. If you are speaking of your S3, then, it will be a pouch with the "NUOVA LAMBORGHINI" bull shield sewn on to the leather, and there were several different styles of leather finish. In 1980, Automobili Lamborghini SpA became Nuova Lamborghini SpA and therefore these would be correct for your car. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Peter, these are for you, if you act quickly.. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Pirelli-Cinturato-P7-Classic-Tires-2-205-50-vr-15-Rare-Excellent-condition-/160830054074%0D Image Unavailable, Please Login
The topic has been discussed here before, but now I witnessed one with my own eyes At Lamborghini Service Crevalcore 25/09/2012. Engine and transmission seemed to be out of the car. No further information Image Unavailable, Please Login
Depends on when it was taken. If it is RHD, and looks red rather than orange and was some time ago, I'd punt for 1120026 before it became yellow or if it was more recent, I'd guess 1120276. What's the answer? BTW - did you ever confirm that your former UK QV was 12916?
Thanks Joe. I have a set of P7's. The rear are from 1978, the front are from 80 or 81. If these on ebay happen to be from 1978, I'll take them....but I doubt it. I'm more interested in a set with 205 that I can actually drive on.
From L p o wer: From the guy with the "prototype" FI Countach, guess it did not sell. Hi guys, Just wondered if anyone has any leads on getting tires for Countachs now? I've read the old threads and am having no luck. I have some spare rears, but would really rather get some fresh tires for all corners. What will the future hold for our tires? Will Coker pick them up? Thanks all
This one added yesturday to Youtube. Seems to be very interesting clip, there is quick clip of EVO magazine's Countach stories, that registerplate is often seen in that magazine's Countach stories and I think this clip is taken those days when they were testing Diablo, Murcielago, Aventador and this QV Countach. But why here is mixed some USA stuff also.... I don't know but very nice power slide with CT!! starts 0,57-1,09. And finally heard some true QV's sound with normal an orginal exhaust!!!!!!!!!
