It amazes me how much the MP412 looks exactly like a 458 from this angle. Imitation is the best form of flattery I suppose.
I wonder why the design cues of cars aren't subject to the same idiotic patents and disputes as smartphone cues such as rounded corners. E.g. I see the VW Passat (2000 style) shapes in many cars, esp. Ford. It doesn't seem to stifle competition at all and certainly saves companies a lot of $ in lawyers fees. Gerrit
take notes spotters. a proper spot ...... it has a pic! and i nice action shot at that . cherrio ! Gary Espada 8394
Saw this bad boy parked in front of the ROM. So much presence. What's with bumping loads of old threads?! Image Unavailable, Please Login
I was wondering the same thing, seems rather strange, especially the simple posts like +1 or nice show as though there wasn't much to say but wanted to post something random, and no posts since 2010 then last night posted a out a dozen times. WTF??? Maybe some sort of spambot? Chris
Maybe putting the car away for the winter triggers memory lane. Chris, are you going on the drive today?
No, but I'm at breakfast with some guys down the street, so plan to drop by after to say hi and see y'all off! Chris
Some decent spots today... Black/Black Ferrari FF on Langstaff/weston Silver GT3RS and a White/black Viper GTR going down 400
Lucas, I'm starting to dig the FF .... Looks wise I'm not their yet, but sound wise, the car is a monster.
Spotted a Diablo 6.0 on a driveway of a lakside mansion with a party going on tonight in Oakville. And yesterday ran into the white/black stripe LP640 on Mississauga road and Dundas. Image Unavailable, Please Login
There's a lot more to see and discuss on Fchat than yet-another-ooo-i-saw-a-ferrari-on-the-road The other threads were lonely and obviously needed some tender care. It's a bit like reading a newspaper article where they tell you about lets say an arrest but you never seem to hear about the court case. We can't let that type of editorial neglect affect FerrariChat. In fact, I might just re-subscribe, I am having that much fun here. Gerrit ex-11966
That would be 41.275mm then Gerrit, who is trying to decide whether to focus on using metric or imperial for his machining hobby.
Yes, its a perfect family vehicle...sure beats a grand caravan! You also notice alot of the new F12 in the FF front end, but I am not a fan of black on this car, it looks like the batmobile.
I saw a black FF parked on Davenport near Avenue road. I dont doubt its performance. But what a trainwreck design. Rick, save your dough and buy a 2002 BMW Z3 coupe. You'll get that 'boot' look for a fraction of the price. Probably more rare too. Just think how many boxes of cookies you can then buy...
