My problem is not with your interpretation on FIA championship list ant the FIA Altenitive Energies Cup is a championship after all, my problem is that you make it out to be a FIA World Championship and this title is only reserved for very special championships/cups (actualy never to a cup but thats another matter)

only FIA current sanctioned World Championships are F1, WRC, WTCC, WEC, GT1,and CIK-FIA KWC,

The only reference to the FIA Alternative Energies Cup as a World Championship come from you, or interviews/reports of your racing activities....no one, including all the other entrys are not calling it a world championship... Other then the fact that is cumes under a dictionary definition of a championship, and that it's run across the world

Let's review the evidence presented so far

    Engine: [ame]http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=euul7DrTry8[/ame]

    Chassis: [ame]http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=SBUpV8H1fE4[/ame]

Seeing it different component I understand why ferrari to wanted the present individually, because they have unique features and I think that the best is yet to come!

I think that is a 599 Engine with KERS added.

I'm excited about the monocoque. My biggest concern is the weight of the car. I was pleased to be informed that the body of the car was conceived on the basis of the Millechilli project back in 2010 and that they are aiming for a wheelbase similar to 458.

That would be terrific if they can keep the weight, no more than the Enzo was with KERS. The 918 is coming in at 3,750 lbs, but that is a true Hybrid system as opposed to the more focused F1 KERS system that will come in the F70 replacement. This car should be a real looker, based on how Ferrari did the F12 and 458 before it.

Thank you, okay guys, what is everybody's guess on HP + KERS. Here is mine, 800 BHP + 125 HP KERS. This car will be mind blowing!

I'm definitely hoping they are focusing a lot on weight. Around 2,900 lbs would be ideal.

I also consider the 458 and the F12 aesthetic masterpieces.

I think the engine is that of the f12 with more power and multi-spark combustion and volumetric efficiency

I think 800 is a minimum but regardless the total will be around 950. 925 to 975 does it matter, it should be shattering.

Tim, with the electronics on this car and modern tire technology, it will fly!

I think can they squeeze out 850 HP from the V12 and maybe an extra 100 HP with KERS.

    I'm hoping for a curb weight around 2,900 lbs / 1300 kg.

It also seems that the F70 will be more compact and smaller compared to the Enzo.

Massimo, couldn't agree more, that is such a terrific New Engine, it is the opposite of what happened when the Enzo was introduced and then went into the 599, this will be the other way around. Listening to this motor, it screams! Bet you it will rev to a Minimum of 9,000 RPM's.

While we all respect your passion and accomplishments; I think the bigger point is that many people are viewing your posts recently and get the feeling that you really have an axe to grind against Ferrari. Whether this is true or not, only you know, but this is the general perception. It's funny, before this thread I noticed how you posted the 'losing a generation' blog in at least three different forums (not just on here btw)....and I got the same impression....
Not looking to start a fight, but it's just how it has appeared.

With KERS and loads of hyper modern electronics, it would be a triumph if this new Ferrari stayed under 1350 kg.

Dying to see how it looks (458 Italia has really grown on me!). Hope they drop a visual bomb like they did with the unexpected Enzo design...!

I think your 100% correct, I think it will be more compact as well. I think the HP at 800-850 N/A is a huge achievement that only a company like Ferrari can pull off. Wait till they announce the Maximum RPM limit, I am thinking 9000 from a 6.3 Litre engine which will be unheard of.

And pneumatic valves as a consequence? That would be a first for a road car?

If they can make that work, it would be huge and a game changer, 10,000 RPM's would be achievable at that point.

Man I'm drooling just thinking about that RPM limit. Imagine the sound of that screaming V12 right at the limit before you shift up to the next gear...
