$9.24 on here: http://filterspro.com/detail.cfm?part=1084157 Beats the $110 I paid for my UFI in the spring. Does it fit the 328?
At Ferrari dealership, they were $45 last year, this year $90 + tax (of course). I will be ordering from the States next time!
They are £14.50 (about $25 Can) from Ferrari in the UK - maybe buy yourself a box of the things & ship them over!
you may be shunned by the ignorant not something to worry about, it is about the same as being shunned by Fram users
Not so much of a sale, my local Baldwin filter dealer have it for $12.00 each Image Unavailable, Please Login
Do you ever wonder what the OTHER applications of the B253 might be?? I sidle into the local Truck Repair Depot now and then to pick mine up. Everyone else in the room, has a name patch on their shirt!!
Do they have the black horsie and lettering on them as shown on Robert's thread? If so, I'm gettin them so I won't be asked if my car is a Fiero!
I noticed that these are the same filters that Mahle-Knecht make for OEM Porsche applications. They are NOT the cool red, but they can be had for about $10.00 so that is pretty nice. We get them all the time at the shop that I work at. I am not really looking to get into selling things here, but I am happy to help where I can. Erik Johnson (303) 440-8899 work
Hummmm. Buy red $12 Baldwin filter, stencil black horse on it, re-sell $90... Things people come up with!
Those were rare ones from Chinetti in NY. I bought one for 200$ as I could not afford the $400 for both, they are from the late 60's early 70's! Mr Ferrari and Mr Bladwin were friends and after racing Ferraris kept blowing filters Baldwin made a heavy duty one for Mr Ferrari. He also swore that he would keep making them which they still do. I talked them into remaking some Ferrari shirts go buy some and enjoy http://www.baldwin.corpmerchandise.com/ProductDetail.aspx?did=2117&pid=82034 actually they are closed out...... I get mine from a truck repair shop too. And the other patrons have well-worn "CAT" & "Deere" baseball caps. But whatever the other application, it must be getting too old as the shop now must order them for me. I last paid $13 each about a year ago.
I use Donaldson filters on my 308 which I pick up, that's right, at the local Detroit Diesel-Allison shop.
