Pretty much expected, but now speculation, guessing, etc...ended: he stays for one more year. http://www.autosport.com/news/report.php/id/103484
it's always the car hindering massa, good for him now ferrari or himself finally get a grip on the car and tyres hope he have a good 2013 season and bow out on a high
Armen, they already have the best, Fernando. What they need is a better Aero Department. If Vettel was at Ferrari he would not have been able to do what Fernando has done, and IMHO had Fernando been at RB, he would have been crowned Champion already by this time.
My guess is that Vettel would only be at Ferrari if Alonso retires. And according to LdM yesterday, Vettel is not currently a good fit.
+1 Good news for him and the team IMO. Hopefully next years car will be a *long* way ahead of where they started with Clifford. Something that's drivable by a mortal rather than just a deity would be a start...... Cheers, Ian
Also +1 And again, Seb is under contract thru the end of 2014, Fred thru 2016 IIRC. I'd love to see Phil have a great year and get another extension TBH - If for no other reason than to hear all the heads exploding round here! Cheers, Ian
Half the fun this year has been watching Clifford come good. Start with a good design and we'd lose that.
I'll take it!..... I don't recall the press anointing a car as "Clifford" so early in testing as happened this season - It really was a complete dog. That they've made progress with him is something I could live without next year thankyou very much!...... Cheers, Ian
Twitter Fernando Alonso ‏@alo_oficial After 8 different teammates.. Felipe staying is another example of what I always say; Do not believe anything you read, unless it's official
Once in fluky conditions. Alonso has won a hell of a lot more races from 2nd row or worse starting spots.
Prepare for normal back of the pack Massa performances to resume now that he knows he can bank his next year of free wheeling Ferrari style before being fired. This is such a comical situation. A farce that only the Italians could have concocted...
Ferrari doesn't need Vettel. They bloody need Newey to get their sh!et together for cryin out loud...
Yep, and fom team mates crashing at the rigth lap....or giving him first place, or being screwed in pit stops....
