I would say so as well. He could do with another year learning I suppose, he's decent in GP2. It was actually the same for Chandhok, Senna, grosjean and maldonado. For the latter 2, somewhat maturing to do and suddenly coming alive. I was surprised to see Chandhok and Senna come to F1 (Senna less so seeing his surname) but they did ok. Big fan of Guitierrez; would be sad to see Kobayashi go though...

You are on the money, no pun intended Pairing up Gutierrez and Hulkenberg makes sense. The team gets a more experienced driver and a younger one who brings the cash. Gutierrez is a competent driver; however, he did not have the same success as Perez in lower formulae. I feel sorry for Kamui but Sauber needs to keep Telmex.
