    We made a minor change to the website at Ricambi America today, which hopefully will make our site more user friendly.

    In the past, if you searched for older part numbers (perhaps from your old paper books, or maybe a part number stamped onto an old part itself), our website showed the notation "Contact Us". If you clicked into the old item itself, the website would properly indicate the item was superseded to a new part and allow you to click onward to the new/current piece. The problem was that folks simply saw "Contact Us" on the main screen, and kinda tossed up their hands assuming the piece was not available. Yuck.

    Today, we made a modification that allows instant viewing of the superseded part, directly from your search results. The image below shows our new functionality, as if a user was seeking an obsolete part, 191462.

    Hopefully this will help folks navigate our site more easily.

    p.s. We're still working on how to best notate items which go through multiple supersessions throughout their life. Additional improvements to our site are coming soon to further clarify the difference between superseded items vs. items which are indeed discontinued/NLA.

    How about translating all of the parts lists to English? Went to price a 400I part for a friend and noticed all the parts are listed under their Italian names.
