Can anyone here refer a person or 2 that can do a PPI on a 2002 360 for me in CT?

[email protected] is fine if don't want to post anything private. I may make purchase within next couple of weeks depending on PPI.

Personally I would have an authorized dealer or a larger independent shop that sees 360 cars regularly as they know the weaknesses. Also, you want a shop with an SD3 and knowledge of F1 systems if the car is F1. There is a dealer in Greenwich. May be worth the trip. I don't know how many shops in that area will know these cars since Ferrari cars are rare above (north of) Darien and New Canaan.

Good point. Miller Motors (where purchased my 360 several years ago) in Greenwich knows all the weaknesses of these cars, and more importantly has the proper diagnostic tools/computers. You should call them and perhaps others and get your own comfort feeling and determine specifically what they plan to test and report back with results.

Is there service paperwork on it? Although a PPI is usually a required item, find out who serviced the car and talk to them. If they are a reputable shop, they will remember it.

Also, the PPI is only as good as the shop doing the work. I had a PPI done at an authorized Ferrari dealer, and they missed a number of significant things, including the fact that he clutch was slipping. So, all I did was add $400 to the cost of replacing the clutch.

Personally, I like Autoturismo Sport in New Milford. Sport Auto in Gaylordsville is a good choice, too.
