    No, that's what the natural terrain of the property was like. It's not an artificial hill. I stood on that hill (just outside the fence) a few weeks after they broke ground.

    The hill was probably there, but the presenters were discussing this earlier. They did use dirt dig out from under where the track surface was to be laid and used it on the hill. They said that's where the name came from, fill hill.
