Timeshares are a license to print money for the seller, aren't they? Seems a $200,000 condo can be sold for $10,000,000 by having people pay huge chunks for 2 weeks' worth of access per year. On the bright side, you do get the Disneyland for half price. So that's what, $90, back in your pocket? Woohoo! Why aren't timeshares capitalized at 100x market price illegal? Why do so many people fall for it?

Why are there always such a large number of bathrooms in huge homes. Are they that spread out and one would be too far of a walk? I mean 13 bedrooms and 22 bathrooms? I could understand one bathroom per room and then an additional 2 or 3, but 9 more?
I've nothing against huge homes (support many industies and create many jobs, including my own for a number of years), bad architecture is inexcusable.
I've personally seen this home....and yes, its quite ugly......his ex-wife lives across the lake from this construction site in his "old" house.....rumor has it he was building this just to piss her off.
Just watched the movie The Queen of Versailles. It's about this couple (and partly the big house), his timeshare company, and was filmed over the last few years. It's like a riches to rags story in David Siegel's words. Pretty easy to find online to stream if you want.
I say good for him too. I think he has horrible taste in design and the looks of his wife for that matter. I'm sure he doesn't give a rat's ass what I think though!!
Doesn't look like a bad buy for someone with the $$$. At this stage, exterior and interior could be redesigned with no problem.
