We have a Rosso and Nero interior...with full carbon, yellow tach. The nero interior is dark, and the carbon is dark. We got red stitching, and red belts. That little bit of red really popped in our eyes. We did not care for a bold center seat stripe on the seat itself.

Ultimately it's your pick...here is pic of Nero/Race Seats/Carbon Race Pack with Red STC1 and Red belts...

Thanks but it looks like 50/50 on opinions
my take is black/black and some red poping around there (calipers, caballinos, tach, stripe, and maybe the seatbelts) my main question is did they look really red? just like the stiching or the calipers, or maybe a light red? in the pictures it doesn't look really well is hard to see, to be safe is to go with black, but I have seen Porsches with red seatbelts and really pop the dark interior and when you are in nobody can see the stripe or red caballinos only the seatbelts, Thanks guys

It's certainly a matter of personal taste but I would go with black and you will never second guess yourself. I think the red can be a distraction and they stand out with almost any attire. In person they really stand out. There really isn't anything attractive about seat belts so I prefer they not be so noticeable.

Nice car either way.Don't forget cruise control like I did. It's very handy because of the sensitive throttle.

For me on a nero over nero car, red seat belts would look brilliant. I have gone for them in my Bianco Avus Italia with a nero interior. Others suggested to me to have the black buckle rather than the red because the coloured buckles look cheap...

End of the day your choice. Has your dealer got an example of the seat belts?

Missing one factor here for me, depends what you look like!
ie red seatbelts round a lythe blonde slender lady, or even a fit slender youngish stylish chap look fine. Put them around a pot bellied antique, several chinned & bald person and I am afriaid they dont look so good, they just draw attention to your belly and looks, not a good thing really in many cases. Think of them more in the same way you would an item of clothing you would wear, and what you can get away with or what is appropriate for your size & age, wonder if they will look good on you, nothing to do with the car IMHO

    red seems cool!

previous poster actually has a point when I think about it. If a person where to be overweight even slightly the red would really show but I mean at the same time whos really looking in on you when you are driving and going to see your stomach and also you are in a ferrari!!!! who cares!!

I'd only do it on 4pt belts, even then, black would get my preference with red ''cushions''.

Go red belts, I wish I had but request black buckles. IMO the coloured plastic looks a bit cheap. Check out Ozans car black with black, yellow calipers and yellow belts, they really stand out.

    Two points:

    1. The eye will focus on any material that has color contrast. This effect may be ideal for seat stitching, cavallinos, and tachometer. But do you really want to attract people's attention to the seat belts?

    2. My seat belt buckles are wrapped in leather. The plastic portion of the buckle is not visible (except from directly above).

I think the red belts came into vogue because they somewhat resemble racing belts, often red in color. They give the car a race car type look/flair, especially on a track biased model like a Scuderia, GT3, etc. Also, they can add a splash of color to an otherwise dark interior.

It is really in the eye of the owner.

I while back, I ordered a 2008 Porsche 911 Turbo in gray metallic over light gray interior. Debated the red seat belts at order and ended up regretting not getting them every day I owned the car.

It was at the top of my list on 2013 F458 and I think is simply wonderful. I went FULL beige leather/alcantara carpets and the red really accents it for me. After people get over how stunning the F458 in Rossa Corsa looks from the outside, most checking out the car remark the interior is just beautiful and very refined (my paraphrasing).

Not for everyone but PERFECT for me:
