I feel every day of it today, on top of 10 k swim yesterday, Believe it or not I went for a 15k bike ride with Maddy and Louise and then spent 2 1/2 hours mowing - I'm mad!!!

 

What? Good effort!

I've got Man Flu at present, and making sure all around me know of it. Of course.
