Fantastic car in the right place!

Nice pics. Some impressions of the 348 on this fabulous track?

    Thanks for sharing.

They look like the Modena 360 18" Starfish wheels that i recently purchased for my 1995 348 spider. Any clearance/rubbing issue when pushed on a racetrack?

I can only imagine how much fun running on a track like that must be.
    Enjoy!

indeed it was! there were two 348s that day including mine...... well the car behaved very well on the dry areas/turns.....the thing I realised is that the car has a tendency to snap turn when pushed at the bends which were wet ie. the cross over point between understeer to oversteer is a very thin line...of course i'm not an expert track driver by any means and i prob just need to learn a lot more plus my rear tire wasn't brand new so it was twitchy on the wet bends and had to be very gentle on the throttle....... bends #14, #2 & #9 were the greatest challenge for me.......

indeed they are.....no issue at all....no clearance or rubbing issue on the track at all....the only time there is some rubbing at all is on the general roads/highway at speed when there is a sudden depression on the road (not a pothole but you know when the road suddenly "drops") it might rub for a split second during those occasions (which is a very very rare occurrence)

Very cool, do they run many "owners cars" events there? Is it expensive?

well they do it from time to time.....the FOCM (Ferrari Owner's Club of Malaysia) is pretty active and have track days from time to time....however this particular event was sponsored and organised by a tuning company...so most clubs were invited.... it wasn't expensive at all to participate (we were provided with excellent lunch as well).....however it is "expensive" when it comes to tyres!!! and brakes!! clutch perhaps?!!?! ;-)
