the rules are as per 7 high keys training and 3 low keys training within a period of 10 years. I have completed my reservists cycle of 10 years, declared MR, given my Hamilton watch and medallion as a thank you gift. And guess what? I then went on to volunteer and signed up for 5 more years. Always loved being in the forces. Makes me feel good doing what I do. then again, I am from infantry, which makes things fun with the jungle training, paratrooping etc....
Yep. I've got a friend who's done that. The rest of the family return for Grandma's birthday, and Grandma's favourite grandson can't come. A bit silly in my opinion.

Best is to get the original Certificate of Conformity (COC) and manufacturer's letter before buying any used import. If not any of these docs can be falsified.
everything in the world nowadays is being falsified......and everything nowadays we as consumers have to check authenticity....... i can only imagine the day we even have to check if the girl we want to marry is "truly" a girl. This is no good. Either the dealer conned the buyer or buyer tried his luck with warranty & then got fried. Technically, the parf should still be in effect but back dated like other used imports but those are for 3yr olds max so grey area now. Hey but wait it says original manufactured date but IIRC the 3yr clause is based on original registered date so the car could be a Feb 2008 MYR but registered much later so it qualifies except dealer tried to say it's MYR2011. In Malaysia, they try to backdate it so they save taxes, it's an open secret there!

I was dumped in Guards then Recce so trained hard to be selected for OCS then went for pilot. We used to run 5km twice a day just for fun but in pilot days we party weekly & always wondered if life would be different if i didn't go RSAF. Now fat like an old pig wife prefers us to have tummy
