The actual numbers may vary greatly in the end. All I am saying is that making judgements based on thin air is meaningless. Some people have already rejected the car based on imaginary numbers. Makes no sense. One thing is certain; we cannot piece the puzzle together as there are many parts missing.

You don't need all the pieces to come up with something solid / close .... We have a basic idea of what some of parts are and how they will look/work.. We have the weight it's coming together a solid HP figure would be great... As we could get the power to weight and a ballpark of times

I do understand your point tho

weight in a accelaration test for this kind of power is relevant just to 60mph....and if it have 1500kg....not 1350, only will be slower with 0,1-0,2 seconds to 200....

More important is power and low drag aero.

We are all forgetting one important variable. Specification. There has been much discussion in this thread by people with credible sources claiming that there will be more than one version of F70. Speculation suggests a comfort version and a more extreme version. Weight will be a significant variable here as will handling set up, powertrain configuration etc. All of this has a significant impact on all the numbers. Who knows which version is being used to benchmark vs Enzo in the stats slide? Without this we are basically flying blind apart from having the knowledge that a. F70 will be a lot faster than Enzo (no suprise) and b. F70 will be faster than F12 (no surprise)...

Doesn't matter one bit since these are laboratory results that have nothing to do with the real world. An 850 CV V12 when driven appropriately will consume like a 850 CV no matter what.

The Enzo's Nürburgring time set by Marc Basseng with a customer car, OEM tires, 45 kg of fuel is 7'25.2.
5 s quicker around Fiorano than the Enzo corresponds to an improvement of 5.9%.
    That's 26 s on that Ring time.
So 6'59 in a similar test with the F150.
And the slide reads "< -5 s" which means quicker.

Anyone know what the difference between F40 and F50, and F50 and Enzo were so as to get a handle on this improvement?

    F40 was 6 to 7 s faster than 288 GTO.
    F50 2 to 3 s faster than F40.
    Enzo again 2 to 3 s faster than F50.
More than 5 s of the F150 over the Enzo is quite good.

So the official and/or internal name is "F150"...? Wasn't that the code name for the F12?

The CO2 emission is directly proportional to the fuel consumption, as perfectly burning a certain amount of fuel yields a certain amount of CO2.
It's different with the other regulated emission components - HC, CO, NOx - as they are products of nonideal (=real ;)) combustion processes.

I suppose that each year it will become more and more difficult, despite the advances in technology, to make substantial improvements in lap times and thus the differences and improvements will become ever more minor. Having said that, you only have to look at the small difference between the 575 and F40 of under 2 seconds, the latter being a car any of us would desribe as a rocket, to realise what a 5 second improvement really is.

Also, might this time yet be improved on as I am sure they have not run the car in a clean, undisguised configuration yet?

I am not convinced we have seen it all. I don't think the headlights on the mule will look even remotely those on the new car, but more those on the FXX, same with the nose.

    My lines indicate...

Yellow = Could this be one big bridge/wing?

White = the air flow underneath the wing and between the nose and wheel to curl around the cabin and over the back??

Aqua = Do the lines continue around the cabin?

    Purple = Actual light size?

So all in all a car that would look more like a group C racer than a "normal" hypercar?

Why are we getting so bogged down over performance numbers? As we've already discussed this car is just a public road cruiser and no race series (yet) is going to be entered.

Looks awesome, makes the right noises and can scare the driver is all that matters.

The Enzo OEM tires were crap (RE050A Scuderia).
With Pirelli corsa and correct wheels alignment, the Enzo was able to Lap fiorano under 1:23.
So the actual F150 gain is 2-3 s with similar tires .... F150 should be equipped with Michelin Supersport

The yellow is not a bride or wing it will be more like the F50 or Enzo... Unless the shadows are hiding a single mid out let

Purple I'm sorry but no way that is the main bulb only which are not on Ferrari has added a highlight in this area this is a road car remember..

The white will go under the car as well as be directed out of the bonnet outlets for downforce

Aqua that mid area has little detail to really make a call

The headlight is just a bulb.......I say it a 100 times..

its verry clear even from that picture.. A bit bigger than FXX has but just a bulb.

you offend no one. it's just that your opinion is rather unhinged and more of a nuisance. forum blurting. without having even seen the final product, much less DRIVEN it, and no verified performance data to draw from...you want something that's 'much faster'. okie dokie.
